The service

SnapPDF converts documents (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML and image files) into PDF files. You can pay per document or subscribe for a monthly plan.

Pricing

• One-off conversion: £0.50 per document, paid at checkout. No account required.
• Subscription: £5 per month after a 7-day free trial. Card details are collected when the trial starts. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
• Fair use: subscribers may convert up to 50 documents per day (20 per day during the trial). Files are limited to 20 MB.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard via "Manage billing"; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Your files

You must own or have the right to convert the files you upload. Do not upload unlawful content. Uploaded files and generated PDFs are deleted automatically within 24 hours.

Service quality

Conversion quality depends on the source file. Complex formatting may not reproduce exactly. If a paid conversion fails or produces an unusable result, contact us for a refund (see our refund policy). The service is provided on an "as is" basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, and nothing affects your statutory rights.
