Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your files: documents you upload are stored only long enough to convert them, and are deleted automatically within 24 hours. We do not read, share or use your documents for anything other than the conversion you requested.
• Account details: if you create an account, we store your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Payments: payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Stripe shares with us only what we need to run the service (for example, whether a payment succeeded). See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Usage: we record conversion counts to enforce fair-use limits.
• Anonymous statistics: we count page views with our own cookie-free counter. It records only the page visited, the referring website and the date — no IP addresses, no personal identifiers, and no third-party analytics services.

Cookies

We use a single, essential session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and data. Email owusu.emmanuelkw@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.
