Refund Policy

One-off conversions (£0.50)

If your conversion fails, or the PDF you receive is unusable, email owusu.emmanuelkw@gmail.com with your payment receipt and we will refund you in full. If you pay but never receive a download, you will always be refunded.

Subscriptions (£5/month)

• The first 7 days are free. Cancel any time before the trial ends (via "Manage billing" on your dashboard) and you will not be charged at all.
• After the trial, cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
• If you were charged in error, or charged after cancelling, contact us and we will refund the charge in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, via Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 working days. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
