Is my file private?
Yes. Your DOC file is used only to produce your PDF and both are deleted automatically within 24 hours. Payments are processed by Stripe, so your card details never touch our servers.
Will the formatting survive?
Conversion preserves layout, fonts and tables as closely as possible. Very complex formatting can differ slightly; if a paid conversion is unusable we refund it — see our refund policy.
